Methods of delivery
We will send your order to any Lithuanian or foreign city. We send the goods by postal machine, courier to your home, office or other convenient place, depending on the chosen delivery method.
1. Delivery by courier express postal machines:
1.1. The order is delivered to the post machine by the courier parcel service. The order is sent to your chosen courier post machine throughout Lithuania. Delivery time app. 10 working days from the order. When the goods are delivered to the post office, the recipient is informed by SMS and/or e-mail. The message will contain all the necessary information to pick up the package.
2. Delivery by courier to your home, office or other convenient location.
2.1 The courier delivers parcels throughout Lithuania. Parcels are delivered every working day from 08:00 to 17:00. Before delivering the order, the courier will contact you using the contacts specified when placing the order.
3. Delivery to foreign countries.
We ship goods to any foreign country. The delivery price and term depends on the country of delivery. If you choose delivery abroad, please contact us by e-mail Info.sweater4weather@gmail.com and specify the details for sending, in this way, within 24 hours, we will provide you with the most acceptable method of receiving the package and the shipping price.
Returning the goods
The return of quality goods is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of retail trade rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves, the provisions of Article 6.228, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - CC) ("The consumer has the right, without specifying a reason and without incurring costs other than those specified in Article 6.22811 of this Code, within fourteen days to refuse a distance contract or a contract concluded off-premises, except for the exceptions provided for in paragraph 2 of this article.
In the event that the User concludes a purchase and sale agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) using only means of communication (remote contract) and as a result cannot exercise the right established by law to inspect the goods and assess their suitability before concluding the contract, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement, in writing notifying the Seller thereof within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer has purchased several goods under one Agreement, he has the right to completely refuse all the goods purchased under one Agreement or only some of the goods purchased under one Agreement. The specified deadline of 14 (fourteen) days for submitting a written request starts from the day of handover of the goods(s) to the Buyer or his authorized representative and is not extended or in any way associated with the handover or return of the goods to the Seller or another person for reasons beyond the Seller's control.
Purchased quality goods can be returned within 14 days. if:
the returned item is not in its original or damaged packaging.
Quality goods cannot be returned if they are:
goods that were produced according to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously adapted to him, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to the Buyer due to the loss (loss) of their commercial properties. in other cases, when the purchase-sale contract cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
